Information about our rooms, accommodation conditions and cancellation of reservations can be found in detail on this website, in the “rooms” tab.

Confirmation of reservations requires payment of the price corresponding to the type of service contracted, which is previously informed to the customer, in the tab “rooms”.

The prices shown include fees and taxes, and a tourist tax may be charged if the Municipality of Figueiró dos Vinhos decides to charge it, the amount and time of payment of which will be communicated to the customer in due course.

To book the hotel service, the user does not need to register on the website, having, however, to fill in the form designated for this purpose, in order to formalize the reservation.

All information uploaded by the user on this website, to formalize reservations, is his sole responsibility, so Hotel Rota Malhoa will not assume any responsibility for making reservations with false data. However, Hotel Rota Malhoa reserves the right to request additional data and information from the form, in order to confirm that the data registered in the reservation meet the required conditions.

For the service provided by Hotel Rota Malhoa, the extension of the exercise of the right of withdrawal of 14 (fourteen) days is not applicable, pursuant to the provisions of article 17.º, n.º 1, al. k) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14th.

Some reservations may be non-refundable if canceled less than 1 day before arrival and others can only be canceled free of charge up to 1 day before arrival, this information is duly identified in the reservation process. Bookings for persons under 18 years of age are prohibited.

In exceptional situations and justified by disruption of normal functioning (namely, but not limited to, drunkenness or contempt), Hotel Rota Malhoa may refuse access to it, without the right to reimbursement of any amounts paid by the customer.

Hotel reservation service: Name, email address, telephone contact, country of residence, bank details, NIF and address;

In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to make every effort to resolve the dispute out of court.

Contractual relations are governed by Portuguese law.

In the event of a dispute, the Judicial Court of the Comarca of Leiria, Juízo de Competência Generica de Figueiró dos Vinhos is chosen as the competent court.
